What I feel when I make a new recipe to what its like to epically fail. There is so much people don't know about being a Chef. Some just see the pass, all the food hitting expo and then heading to their tables. You don't get to see the hours of hard work and frustration in the back, putting orders away, prepping out 100 different things and hustling to make sure everything is backed up. I want to take you on a journey through the eyes of a Sous Chef with words and thoughts of what most people don't ever get to hear.
